The 'Sukhmani Sahib Audio' path app allows you to read and listen to the paath on your mobile device. You have the option to read the 'Sukhmani Sahib Path' in Hindi, Punjabi, or English and can also read the meaning of the path while listening or reading. The purpose of this app is to help the busy and mobile young generation reconnect with Sikhism and Gurubani by providing a way to read the path on their mobile devices. We believe that this app will be useful to you and encourage you to use it daily.

The 'Sukhmani Sahib Path' app includes the following key features:

 <li>Select your preferred language: 'Sukhmani Sahib in Hindi,' 'Sukhmani Sahib in Punjabi' (Gurmukhi), or 'Sukhmani Sahib in English'</li>
 <li>Listen to 'Sukhmani Sahib Audio' with various controls:</li>

 <li>A seek bar to control audio playback</li>
 <li>A pause button to stop audio playback and resume from where you left off in the last session</li>
 <li>A stop button to completely stop the path. If you play again, it will start from the current page</li>
 <li>Option to go to the currently playing ashtapadee (in Settings &gt;&gt; Audio)</li>
 <li>A GO button on the top-right corner to navigate to any page of your choice</li>
 </ul>
 <li>Select from 5 themes: Sepia, Classic, White, Black, Silver</li>
 <li>Choose your preferred text size</li>
 <li>Read the meaning of each page using the Translate option</li>
 <li>Rate and provide feedback using the Feedback option</li>
 <li>Read in portrait or landscape mode</li>
 <li>All controls are in English</li>

About 'Sukhmani Sahib Path' Ji:

Shri 'Sukhmani Sahib' is the name given to the set of hymns/path/paath divided into 24 sections that appear in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib, the Sikh Holy Scriptures on page 262. Each section of Sukhmani Sahib, called an Ashtpadi (asht means 8), consists of 8 hymns per Ashtpadi.

The word Sukhmani literally means Peace in your mind. This set of Hymns or Bani is very popular among Sikhs, who frequently recite it in their places of worship called Gurdwaras and at home. The full recital takes about 90 minutes and is normally undertaken by everyone in the congregation. According to Sikh doctrine, this Bani is believed to bring peace to one's mind and compoundly peace to the world. These 192 hymns were compiled by the fifth Sikh Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji.
